Painting and priming services
Want your model to look finished and display-ready? We offer optional priming and painting for both resin and filament prints.
- Priming – Smooths the surface and prepares the model for painting. Helps fill in layer lines for a clean finish. (+10% of cost)
- Basic Painting – Single or multi-color paint jobs for miniatures, toys, or props. (+5% of cost)
- Detailed Painting – Ideal for tabletop miniatures or collectibles—includes highlights, shading, and fine detailing. (+15% of cost)

Delivery & Payment
Delivery Options:
- Pickup at Masterfoto shop (Rīga Sadovņikova iela) – free and fastest.
- Latvia Post – convenient, delivered to your address. Approx. €3–€7 depending on size and weight.
- Parcel Locker – pick up at a nearby locker. Approx. €2–€5 depending on size and weight.
All deliveries are limited to Latvia.

How do I choose between resin and filament printing?
It depends on your model’s purpose and level of detail:
- Choose Resin Printing if:
- You need high detail and smooth surfaces (e.g. miniatures, collectibles, small decorative pieces).
- You want sharp features, clean edges, or plan to paint the model.
- You’re okay with a slightly higher cost for premium quality.
- Choose Filament Printing if:
- You’re printing larger objects or need a more affordable option.
- The model doesn’t need very fine details (e.g. organizers, parts, toys).
- You prefer a stronger, more functional print with good durability.

Can you scale or resize my model?
Yes! Just let us know the desired dimensions or scale percentage.
Can you print models I found online (like Thingiverse)?
Yes, as long as the file is available for free use or you have permission to use it.
Can I send a physical object to copy or scan?
We don’t currently offer 3D scanning, but we can model a wide range of parts and simple-to-moderate figures — including plugs, toys, boxes, cases, and similar items.
Do you offer post-processing or painting?
Yes, we offer miniature painting and priming.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, and STEP files. STL is preferred.
What’s the price for my model?

What printers do you use?
We use high-quality, reliable printers to ensure the best results for your projects:
- Creality K1C – A high-speed filament printer with excellent precision and carbon fiber compatibility. Perfect for larger, durable prints.
- Elegoo Saturn 4 – A next-generation resin printer known for ultra-high resolution and sharp details—ideal for miniatures and small, intricate models.
These machines allow us to deliver clean, accurate, and consistent prints—whether you’re ordering functional parts or display-ready pieces.
How soon will my order be ready?
Typical turnaround is 2–5 business days, depending on model size and complexity. Larger models or painted pieces may take longer. If you choose a custom material, additional time may be required to source it, which can extend the total production time.
